Philippine volleyball superstar Alyssa Valdez has joined volleyball club 3BB Nakornnont, according to some photos posted on the club’s Facebook page on Tuesday evening.
3BB Nakornnont will see action in the Volleyball Thailand League, and the Thai-Denmark Super League as well. The former Ateneo standout will make her debut on January 29 against King-Bangkok.
Valdez, who will sport the number 9 jersey for 3BB Nakornnont, will reunite with Som Kuthaisong and Nic Jaisaen — both of whom were her teammates at Bureau of Customs in the Shakey’s V-League.
Days before she arrived in Thailand, Valdez received an encouraging message from Kiefer Ravena.
