3 the Hard Way: PBA delay, NBA set to roll, Jordans in August

The PBA has gotten the green light to resume practices, but teams are required to undergo swab testing first. The NBA is set to restart its season in Orlando tomorrow, where games will be shown on free TV here in the Philippines.
